• 3DV'24 is an in-person conference. All authors are expected to present on-site. If no author is on-site, the paper will not be presented at the conference. We require every paper to have an in-person presenter, and the publication will be removed from the proceedings otherwise. In case of visa denial, authors are still required to register for the conference to ensure inclusion in the proceedings. If the presenter cannot attend due to denied Visa, please collect the supporting evidence, and inform the publication chair.

Authors

At least one of the authors needs to be registered with a Full or Student Registration by the time of the camera ready deadline. It is not possible to register multiple papers for a single person.

Registration Fees

Registration types

All registrations includes access to the conference, coffee breaks, and a welcome reception.

Visa Invitation Letters

Participants who require an official Letter of Invitation for visa or funding purposes can apply for it during the registration. Requests MUST contain the following:

• First and last name
• Address
• Date of birth
• Passport number
• Sending institution
• Paper name (if indicated)

Any fraudulent requests will be reported to the proper authorities.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided for any reason once you paid the registration fee.

Code of Conduct

Badge Policy and Registration Substitution Policy

Access to all 3DV 2024 activities will be allowed only to people wearing badges. Please keep track of your badge and make sure you bring it each day.

Substitutions/replacements are prohibited for any reason after the registration. Access to all 3DV 2022 online activities are available only to all those who have registered through our system. Sharing login information is prohibited and if you are found to be doing so your access will be revoked immediately and you may not be able to attend future 3DV conferences.
