Registration Deadline for Authors Covering Accepted Papers: January 15, 2025

Authors

At least one of the authors needs to be registered with a Full Registration by the time of the camera ready deadline. It is not possible to register multiple papers for a single person.

3DV'25 is an in-person conference. All authors are expected to present on-site. We require every paper to have an in-person presenter, and the publication will be removed from the proceedings otherwise. In case of visa denial, authors are still required to register for the conference to ensure inclusion in the proceedings. If the presenter cannot attend due to denied Visa, please collect the supporting evidence, and inform the publication chair.

Registration types

The registration fee covers four buffet lunches (including a welcome reception lunch) and three coffee breaks with snacks from Shangri-la Hotel Singapore.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided for any reason once you paid the registration fee.

Badge Policy and Registration Substitution Policy

Access to all 3DV 2025 activities will be allowed only to people wearing badges. Please keep track of your badge and make sure you bring it each day.
